Privacy Policy
Effective August 18, 2026 · CheerTicketing (World Stage Productions / platform operator)
CheerTicketing provides white-label ticketing for event producers. When you buy tickets on a client's branded page (for example World Class Championships), that event producer is the primary organizer; CheerTicketing operates the ticketing platform on their behalf.
Information we collect
- Contact information — name, email address, and optionally phone number and city/state when you complete checkout.
- Order and ticket data — ticket types, quantities, order totals, check-in status, and ticket codes used for entry.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. CheerTicketing does not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- Issue tickets and send confirmation emails (and optional SMS when enabled by the event).
- Validate entry at the venue via QR or ticket code.
- Provide order support, refunds when applicable, and event reminders.
- Operate client dashboards and financial reporting for event producers.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to run ticketing:
- Event producer — the client whose event you purchased receives order and attendee information for event operations.
- Service providers — Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email), Twilio (optional SMS), and Render (application hosting), under their respective privacy terms.
- Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information to third-party marketers.
Retention
Order and ticket records are kept for as long as needed to support the event, accounting, chargebacks, and legal obligations — typically at least several years for financial records unless a shorter period is agreed with the event producer and permitted by law.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard payment handling through Stripe. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we work to protect data using reasonable administrative and technical measures.
Your choices
- Contact the event producer or info@cheerticketing.com for order corrections or support.
- Request access or deletion where applicable law provides those rights (subject to records we must retain for legal or financial reasons).
Children
Ticketing pages may sell child admission tickets; accounts are not directed at children under 13 to register independently. Purchases should be completed by a parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top will change. Material changes for active events will be communicated through the event producer when practical.
