Terms of Service

These terms apply when you purchase tickets through a CheerTicketing-powered event page. The event producer (for example, a cheer competition organizer) is responsible for the event itself โ€” schedule, venue, safety, and event-specific policies shown at checkout.

Purchases

  • Prices, fees, and ticket types are shown before payment. All-in pricing means the total you pay includes applicable platform and processing fees unless otherwise stated on the event page.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Completing checkout forms a binding purchase subject to the refund policy displayed for that event.
  • You must provide accurate contact information so we can deliver tickets and support.

Tickets and entry

  • Tickets are delivered electronically (email, mobile link, and/or SMS when enabled). Each ticket includes a unique code or QR for one-time entry unless the event states otherwise.
  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred where prohibited by the event producer. Shared guest links are intended for personal transfer only as allowed on the share-ticket page.
  • Lost or duplicate scans do not guarantee re-entry; staff decisions at the venue are final for event-day disputes.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund rules are set by the event producer and shown at checkout (for example, "all sales final"). CheerTicketing processes refunds only when authorized by the event producer or required by law. Event cancellation or postponement policies are determined by the organizer.

Prohibited conduct

  • Fraudulent purchases, bot abuse, or attempting to bypass capacity limits.
  • Unauthorized access to staff, client, or operator areas of the platform.
  • Interference with ticketing systems, scanners, or payment processing.

Disclaimer

CheerTicketing provides ticketing technology. We do not produce or operate the underlying live event except where we are explicitly contracted for event-day services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheerTicketing is not liable for event changes, venue conditions, or indirect damages arising from attendance.

Disputes

For ticket or order issues, contact the event producer's support contact on your confirmation email first, or email info@cheerticketing.com. Governing law and venue for platform disputes: State of California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new purchases.
